Would I have to build it myself? Also are cyberpowerpc and ibuypower websites good or are they scams?

With the one I listed, yes. You would buy the parts and put it together. If you do not want to build it like I did, you will have to pay more for the same thing but you will get your computer. Also, you have a monitor? You will get more for your money if you build it yourself compared to buying it. Cyberpowerpc looks legit. There builds are good and also have some nice sales that with the sale it matches building it yourself price.

I'm not really good at computers, if you could maybe link me a desktop from cyberpowerpc as I was looking there originally that would be great. Also a monitor if you could.

https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Ultra_7000_Elite This is the computer.

This is the monitor.

I know this is past your budget but is the best I can do sense you are not building. This will give you 1080p gaming and should meet your needs. Boot time won't be the fastest cause it is hdd and not ssd but will still work just fine.

How long would the boot time be? I've heard it can make a big difference according to some people and it's my personal preference if it was faster.

Could you maybe link me to a top of the line desktop? It can go over a little. I'm looking for a GTX instead of an AMD also if possible.

If you are not going to build, it is nearly impossible to find exactly what you want. PC building is easy dude. Watch Carey Holzman pc building videos on you tube. He explains it perfectly. He can also build you one and has a video on how to contact him personally. What is your absolute max of the max budget, like you can't go one dollar over this amount?

I'm looking for around 800-900 but I wanted a top of the line so I wouldn't have any problems.

In order to get exactly what you want for that price, you will need to build it. You can hire someone to. Carey is the person I recommend. If you live in Wisconsin, I can build it for you also and you will be able to get your gpu and ssd you want. I do not think I can find one with an ssd and gpu you want that is pre-built for the price you want with a monitor that still is in your budget of a max of 900. You will have to do some searching and then you can post it on this and I will tell you what I think. Again, strongly recommend you build or someone builds for you.

Would it matter how big the ssd drive is? What does it do?

It does not matter how big the drive is, the bigger the drive, the more space that ssd and hold. Speed is still the same if it is the same type and company. That drive is fast though and you will not be able to notice the difference compared to other ssds. If I were to give ya a bigger ssd, it would blow your budget sense ssd are more expensive then hdd.
