If you refer for the title, what would you do, value-wise? Considering that I want to game at 1440p at 60fps ultra/very high setting for 2 years minimum.

considering a 980ti can max 1440p, and with a decent overclock, is nearly as fast as a 1080 especially if you get a custom PCB card and overclock, I would just go and get the 980ti. do you know the seller and that the card was really used for two days?

If the card is still under the manufacture warranty then I would go with the 980ti depending on the brand of course.

I have EVGA GTX 980 Ti SC Gaming ACX 2.0 with stock clocks of 1102mhz but it easily overclocked to 1300 with boost around 1500mhz. Slight OC on the memory of 500mhz and no voltage changes.

My firestrick graphics score is 21216
Heaven is 104fps maxed.
Rise of the Tomb Raider DX12 Max 123fps
