What is the easiest way to test frametime/latency?

Hello fellow THW users.

I'm wondering how do you guys test frametime or frame latency. Is there any hardware needed, or just the data? I want to have a raw graph of the frametime when I game. What is the easiest method?

I use CAM software to run a fps overlay, shows temps, fan speeds,cpu/gpu usage %, memory- ram and vram usage %, fps max and min + in-game

Get MSI afterburner,you can setup monitoring to display whatever info you want to see,if you tell it to create a log file it will provide a .htm (browser) file with all recorded info as a nice graph.
