on the monitor cables look at the photos and sales info on what cables are in the box. some times it just the power cable, some time it a vga or dvi cable. look online at the spec of dvi vs hdmi and other video cables depending on your monitor you may want to use a direct port video cable over dvi or hdmi. on the back of the mb the video ports can be used if your setting up a pc with a lot of monitors to do work over a lot of monitors at the same time. most time if your gaming your going to use the main gpu for output. back of the mb will be your usb and sound card outputs. one or two ethernet ports. inside the pc you need one sata data cable for each drive. most mb toss in one or two short sata data cables for you. the power cables are...

So if i understood , i have a gpu so i do not use the hdmi output on the motherboard but i use the one on the gpu but where do i plug it ?

the mb will have a slot near the cpu chip with a latch on it. this is the first video slot that the card slides into and locks in. then plug in the power cables needed for the gpu. on the mb there be two power plugs a 24 pin and an 8/4 pin power connector on the edge of the mb that needs to be connected.
