Hi all, I just installed a GTX 750 into my system, an upgrade (not really) to get shadow play. And when I boot into Windows 10, it goes through the bios screen onto Windows starting up animation screen and then goes back to the bios and just keeps going in a loop. I put my old GTX 580 (working before perfectly!) in and it now does the same with that as well. I'm confused as to what is to what is the problem, and not sure how to fix and I'm stuck without a PC. Any help is awesome! Btw it doesn't even let me go into safe mode, just does that loop again and again.

Specs:

Asrock Fatal1ty Z87 professional.

Antec 620w High Current Gamer
120gb Intel SSD
320GB Seagate HDD

anything else you need to know?

Solution
BOOT in safe mode (if you can) and uninstall drivers. Windows should install at least some drivers when you switch to normal mode.
Normal thing to do when changing GPUs is to uninstall drivers before switching cards.
