getting high gpu temperature even on idle on a new pc

i got a new pc from lenovo about 3 months ago, it's model name is 10asa07eih, an e73 thinkcentre. i know that it's a really low end pc but the idle temp is like 57c, even though i have set the gpu fan to 100%. what should i do, i can't change my gpu right now.

GPU: Zotac GT 610 (i know it sucks)
CPU: Intel core i7 4790s 3.2 ghz quad core w. HT
CPU cooler: idk
Mobo: Intel H81 chipset
RAM: Kingston FURY 16 gb (2x8gb)
Storage: Western digital WDC WD5000AAKX-08U6AA0 500gb HDD @7200 rpm
PSU: a psu from huntkey 280 watts
OS: windows 10 home edition

the article you have linked is really nice but i don't think i need it right now as my pc is not old enough, maybe i would need the article later. i thought that you were joking about the integrated graphics being better but you were right.

i'll try to get a new GPU ASAP. thanks for the help though.
