Hey, im waiting for my new desktop pc to arrive and dont have anything to play. I have an old msi laptop with a gtx 670m. I was wondering if i should buy and play overwatch while i wait. On what settings do you think i will get 50-60 fps in 1080p with my laptop? I know it gets 40-50 fps on gta 5 on low-medium settings

I cannot say for certain in terms of the settings, but a 660 or better is recommended by blizzard, which should mean decent frames at around medium settings, although this varies from company to company what "recommended requirements" refers to in actual performance. In addition, there has been some debate over which is better as the 670m is a mobile card. I would think that you should at least get decent frames on low settings. Also, you might as well buy it and try if you plan on playing it on the new PC, assuming that you can download it on two PCs(not entirely sure how blizzard's distribution of games works).

I actualy got a friends copy to try it and my 670m couldnt even run at 20 fps on completely lowest settings, and i checked gpus usage which was at 100% constantly. Theres not been any drivers out for 670m since 28th march, so i think its probably a driver issue. Considering gta V looks like a much more graphically demanding game, i was quite surprized by such bad performance.

Edit: dont know how to choose my answer as solution so ill just choose yours, and thanks for the help btw
