Netflix loading a video is causing computer stuttering when graphic's card adapter is enabled. When the device is disabled in device manager Netflix loading doesn't cause stuttering and actually loads faster. Most current drivers are being used and the problem began when upgrading to "windows 10". Specs are
i3-3220
R9 290 4gb sapphire
Kingston 8gb dual
Asus P8H61-MX

Solution

I have two desktops with nvidia cards (one Windows 7 SP1 as Media Center, the other Windows 10 Pro) and on none of them I see this issue. But none of mine have intel GPU in the mix, try updating that driver.

Other people I know have a similar problem , so reinstalling wouldnt make a difference.
The display adapter is limited to the graphics cards so when i display it, the CPU in build display adapter kicks in.

What do you mean by " the CPU in build display adapter kicks in" ? It never kicks in on a desktop, as long as the monitor is connected to the R9.

Apologies, you're right about the display adapter. After looking more I am starting to think this is a driver issue. The same problem is occurring on a friends machine as well and he's using an nvidia card. So i am wholly unsure of what the root of this issue is, either a windows 10 or a driver issue.

Maybe upgrading to the new 16.5.3 AMD driver helps. If you see the Intel igpu working, it might be the transcoding software using it. Do you have the Intel display drivers installed ? That may help as well.
