Are you sure the GPU is even functional? The HD 7670 was an OEM-only GPU that you'd see included on low-end pre-builts 3 or 4 years ago.
I'm a little concerned after looking at the photo. Do you have more pictures of the GPU and the box? The fact that you're under the impression that it has 4GB of VRAM -- I don't believe any 7670 had more than 1 GB because it'd be pointless to have or pay for more in a low-end OEM GPU in 2012 -- makes me worried that you might have spent money on a dodgy GPU from eBay.
