I'm trying to overclock my i7 860 2.8 ghz. But for some reason everytime I try to restart it after an overclock my cpu just does a long beep followed by shorter ones. Anyone's got a clue why and what I can do aboot it? Have provided images of all the screens and some more.

Specs:
Proccesor: I7 860 2.8ghz

8GB RAM

Graphics card: AMD hd 7970 3gb.

motherboard: Gigabyte P55a ud4

OS: Windows 7 64bit

750W power supply

BIOS and some more pictures.

Funnily enough I removed the ram sticks to check what speed they were and such. And when I put them back in the worked perfectly fine again. Now they run at 1333mhz and no problems what so ever, I have noticed some graphical glitches in some games. Could that be because of weak ram?

Award Beeps

1 long, 2 short Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information
1 long, 3 short Video card not detected (reseat video card) or bad video card
Beeps repeating endlessly RAM problem.
Repeated high frequency beeps while PC is running Overheating processor (CPU)
Repeated beeps alternating high & low frequency Issue with the processor (CPU), possibly damaged

You need to be specific with Beep codes.

I normally just bump CPU Clock Ratio up until things get unstable before I start messing with Voltage, that goes with any Overclock across all platforms.

I recorded the beeps and here they are, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ej2y69ZJf1o

No matter what little change I do that sound plays. Any clue to why. Also the computer restarts after the beeps and it's keept the multiplier to what I set it at but reverted the clock speed back to 133.

So, I used easytune 6 to overclock. The first time I got to 145mhz by uping it 1 at a time. Did some stresstesting and it was fine. So I uped it a bit more but got a generic BSOD at 151mhz. Second time I tried going straight to 145mhz but got a BSOD "page fault in no paged area" Tried it a third time, this time again uping by 1 each time. Got to 146mhz before a generic BSOD.
