I just got my first PC and it is working fine except when I go to This PC my hard drive isn't showing up. I went to Disk Management and it shows up there. I tried to format it but when I went back to This PC it still wasn't there. It says that the hard drive is Primary Partition and not Unallocated. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Thanks!

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, Astylos!
I'd recommend you repeat the procedure but make sure you Initialize the HDD through Disk Management first, and then Partition & Format it.
This should make the drive available in Windows Explorer (This PC) and give you access to its storage capacity.
