More then ok. Its almost Extreme Gaming setup. But one thing why u need 32GB of Ram for Gaming? if only u working on YouTube or PhotoShoping or smth that uses lots of RAM. U will be good with 16GB ram.

Better if you change your PSU to Seasonic X-850 as your PC will require the best quality PSU available. For this Seasonix X series PSUs are good.
Also, dont you think for gaming an i7 6700k would be much better than a i7 5820k. Get a Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 motherboard with it If you wish to change it to i7 6700k.
For Case- Phanteks Enthoo Pro is the best choice over anything. If that case is not available then the newly released Corsair Carbide series Apec-Alpha would be another awesome choice with awesome gaming looks. But if Phanteks is available then surely go for that.
