GPU stuck in PCI express slot

So today i wanted to do a complete clean of all the pc case and the components. The thing is that when i reached the gpu, i tried pulling down the lock of the pci express slot to take the graphics card out, but it wouldn't come down! I kept trying to pull it down to the point my fingers started to hurt, but it stayed there. Any recommendations of what should i do? have any of you has had the same problem?

The PCI Express x16 slot locks the card in place. A release is located on the right side of the slot. It needs to be depressed slightly to release the card. An upside down No.2 pencil may help pressing the release.

You flip the lock forwards towards the front of the board , you don't actually push it down anywhere.

Unscrew the expansion slot screw.
Loosen the rear of the card (as in pull it towards you 'very very slightly'
Put a very slight bit of pressure on the front of the card towards the slot (as in push it in very slightly) & try the flip catch.
The flip lock should became a little looser that way

I also tried doing that but i was really scared to break the chip because i started to feel more pressure and it didn't come out.

What motherboard is this ? , there are 2 different types of lock mechanisms.
