So today I had upgraded my computer from an EVGA GTX 550Ti to an EVGA GTX 960. Before, my computer ran just fine, booted pretty fast, and ran smoothly. Yet today after I upgraded, the boot time takes longer than usual and windows runs pretty slow to where sometimes it even stops responding. I'm not sure what the issue is, but from other forum posts I've read, the solutions are to install windows 7 again and they just seem build specific. So therefore I'm going to see if there is a specific solution to mines. The graphics card does its job with running games, but I don't know what is making Windows and the Boot time so slow all of a sudden. Thanks for the help in advance.

My Build is:
ASUS M5A97 PLUS Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB RAM
AMD FX-6300 CPU
EVGA 600W Power Supply
and Now the EVGA GTX 960 Graphics Card
