If I were you I'd go with the MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti Twin Frozr Edition. For me it is the best 750Ti edition.

i-3 4170 @3.7ghz
4gb ram
currently intel hd 4400 graphics
180w psu but im upgrading that to a 430w one

i'm on a budget so thats why i;m going for the 750ti

Was kinda hoping to stay near the 100$ side for gpu
and i found a psu from evga 430w for 29$ , again limited budget

it says its not haswell compatible, i have haswell cpu

Perfectly fine for a 750Ti. Haswell compatibility just means compatibility with the "sleep states" a Haswell CPU has. Basically, just go into the BIOS and disable the C6/C7 sleep states, if you ever put your PC into sleep.

I wouldn't rely my stuff with a CX series but oh well, you do what you have to do mate.
