when upgrading psu and gpu does it mean it will eat more electric , and get raise in electric bill.

when the cpu or gpu fast is running and u can hear it it means its working hard , so its eating power , does that mean u get electric bill for that xd

hope u can understand.

compare a normap pc with gaming pc , do they both consume same power and same electric bill or u will pay more electric bill with gaming.

Yes, a top end graphics card can be the most power hungry component in a PC. Changing power supplies may actually reduce your power bill if you get one that is more efficient than the previous one.

Yes, high-end GPUs will use most of the power. When it comes to PSU, if it's modern and good quality, it shouldn't effect anything only if you are making a big jump for example from 235w to 850w. If you're trying to save up, I heard people powering up GPUs off solar panels at day and making a circuit that when it detects that it can't produce enough energy that the person has set to, then it switches to PSU but you can't buy this yet so it requires knowledge and high budget to do it but you should make your money back within a year depending how much you use your PC at day and night.
