I have official wanted weapons of fate, when I had my old pc which was
#############
core 2 duo E7200
Nvidia 8600 GS
Windows xp sp3
5400 rpm hdd
############
The game was running good I use to play it on low resolution 800 x 600 to get 45-50 fps but I played half of the game then thought to play it after upgrade.

Then I do upgrade to following.
#################$
Gtx 750 1gb
I5 3450
windows 8.1 pro (official)
1366x768 19"
new hdd 10000 rpm
##################
I played lots of games like Gta 5, Watch_Dogs, Tomraider ( tressfx on) etc on my this new pc.

Then I thought to install and play Wanted weapons of fate. The game run good initially with Wesley but as I continue to play as Cross (father of wesley) lots of colour starts comming on screen.I cant play the game even for second.

I dont know how to describe the problem exactly, its like colourful screen (cant see the characters) but when I press escape the menu appear normal.

The game needs phyxs and I have the latest one.

I have uptodate drivers and OS, also I thought of tried compatibility mode but game dont have such option.

The game disc is also ok no scratches.

I know the game is old but it have wonderful shooting action so I love it.

PLEASE someone who know about this problem HELP me with this.

Give me future proof solutions.

And yes my all my hardware is new except cabinet which doesn't matters anything.

Also I dont do overclocking all hardware is at default clock and voltage.

my gpu and cpu temperature while gaming remains about 65°C for both while playing heavy games.

That sounds like a driver problem to me. Also check to see that you have the Dx files for the game installed. Nvidia GPUs often require experimenting with driver versions until you get the right one.

You should probably also try running the game in XP compatibility mode (right click game shortcut, click properties, compatibility tab).
