This is my build so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7C7scc

I need a graphics card because I do not know if my computer will even show a picture on my monitor because all it has is on board graphics on the motherboard. I want something under $70. Preferably even cheaper. I plan on running Minecraft, Cities Skylines, and other games in that performance range.

Thanks for all answers! -Jon

I would not build using any FX cpu today. They have slow cores.
The motherboard is of poor quality and not suitable for a FX-6 processor:

A one stick ram will operate in slower single channel mode. a 2 x 4gb kit would not have cost much more and run in dual channel mode.
Really, the time to ask for advice is BEFORE you buy.

That said, it is water under the dam.
The motherboard does have integrated graphics, so you should have no problem attaching and using a monitor.
It is not of gaming quality but it will work.

Aboout the cheapest graphics card that can be considered for gaming is the GT730, a $70 card.
Be sure to buy the 64 bit version.

how do you not know...? plug it in and see? i must be missing something here.. you don't need a cheap graphics card you need to make sure that the cable you're using isn't messed up and you also need to make sure that the monitor you're using actually will display a picture and see if the ports are in anyway messed up

I forgot to mention this but I can't try it yet. I just ordered the FX 6300 CPU and than I am ordering the power supply or graphics card next. I'm slowly putting this thing together as I don't want to drop $400+ all at once.

buying a used card for under 50$ for watching videos i think if fine way to use your money but why such a cheap card with chat cpu a 960 or even (when overclocked) a 970 will work with that

It is counter intuitive, but the 64 bit version is faster than the 128 bit version.
