So I just ran prime95 with my PC, and after 5mins I saw that my CPU temps were getting really close to 90C. (Around 85-90)
Now this is weird considering I have water cooling and I haven't overclocked at all..

I don't know if something is wrong but someone help me out! :(

EDIT: I have GT H110i

Prime95 is a good way to see the highest possible temperature, but it's unreasonable to expect to see the high temperatures outside of Prime95. This is because Prime95 tests literally every instruction it has at the same time and pushes it to its limit. Even Adobe rendering doesn't make as much heat. Subtract 8-12 degrees Celsius for the temperatures you can expect at a full load outside of Prime95.

However, your temp was a bit high... Thermal paste not covering the entire heat spreader would be a likely cause of high temperatures.

nvm, for whatever reason I added washers between the backplate and standoff screws, and I saw that the thermal paste was only on other half of the CPU.

Max temps 70C @ 4.2 ghz
idle temps 15-23C
