I wanna find a place to get a ultra gaming PC for (sims 3 Sims 4 and automation) the budget is $0-$200 but I'd like it under $100 Note that I only accept Intel processors NO AMD

Not gonna happen, unless you buy used. Even then $200 is unlikely (Over here in the UK, I could probably put together a used Core 2 Quad PC for around £200-£250 (around $300-$350), which would play The Sims titles, but probably nothing much more demanding than that)

A 2016 ultra gaming PC for preferably under $100? Take a time machine to 2030.

I do enjoy how incredibly picky (NO AMD!) you are about your sub-$100 gaming rig, as if the original request wasn't quite as unrealistic as you had hoped.
