Upgrading CPU Cooling Method?

I have a AMD FX-8320 and get around 58-65c while playing a high end game (GTA V) on the top graphics, 39c as I write this (having two downloads going (GTA V and Witcher 3)). I've been thinking of a new cooler as anything in the 60c range can be damaging.

My PC is black and red themed (I have a case with a glass panel so it's important) so I was considering the RAIJINTEK TRITON 280 Red (URL to Newegg) as my next cooler while my current cooler is a Cooler Master Seidon 120V (URL also to Newegg)

I am open to better suggestions, please provide links. I personally do not know if the Triton 280 is better than my current Seidon 120V, I'm just pretty sure it is because it has a dual slot radiator. I also would like to stay away from triple slot radiators. My price range is less than $125 preferably. Even that is taking it a bit far.

Thank you for all submissions.

My PC was pre-built. But ive since got a new PSU, new HDD, new CPU, new Cooler, New GPU, and New Case. So my motherboard wasn't my choice.

It also is way out of my price range.

Please consider client budgets before offering fixes they cannot afford and always check reviews of products to make sure others recommend them the way you do. Sorry for calling you out on the forum, thank you for your contributions.

If you see properly then both your and mine suggested cooler have 3 star ratings. So dont complain about that.
Regarding the price I already said if you have the budget then go for it , otherwise deepcool is also fine
