any suggetions about ASRock H110M-HDV and i3 - 6100 skylake. i really need some advice about this build. for cheap mid setup. thanks.

Witcher 3 1080p max settings? You'll need a GTX 1070 or 1080 and a i5 6500. If you can drop a few settings or don't mind dipping to 40fps every once in a while, 970/390, and if you don't mind medium settings you can use a 950/370/960/380
