For a week now I'm having a huge headache with my PC.

It all started after I decided to clean the dust, and then every time a play The Sims 4 it crashes and the CPU led is turned on, meaning that it won't turn the cpu.

I manage to get it running again after I unplugged all the hard drives and the graphic card, but as soon as I ran the game the same issue happened again.

What I have done so far, with no avail:
1. Checked all the connections
2. Tried using another PSU
3. Took off all the non-essential fans
4. Cleaned the ram memory's connections
5. Ran memorytest86 (3 passes with no errors)
6. Used whocrashed: it found nothing

It really seems to be an hardware issue, but I'm really in the dark in this one...

Here are my specs:
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 770
CPU: AMD FX 8385 - Corsair Watercooling
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
Memory: 16 gb
HD: 1 SSD and 2 HDs
PSU: Corsair 700 W

Thanks in advance.

Solution
What I would do is....

Run a benchmark in a loop, windowed like:
https://unigine.com/products/benchmarks/valley/

then use something like HWmonitor from cpuid https://unigine.com/products/benchmarks/valley/
And watch your temps/ and clocks, Your pc may be shutting down to protect itself.

For example mine is set to 85c in my bios.

If temps are high change the thermal compound and clean/check fans.

If temps are good, use a graphics card uninstaller and install / clean install your drivers.

You should change the thermal compound/paste and pads after 2-3 years of heavy usage.
On CPU / GPU / north bridge heatsinks
