Cant start Pc After Dust Clean my case

I Removed Heat sink, Hdd, Gpu, Powersupply, And Cleaned

I properly Connect all Connection As i Take a photo of connection

Now when i start my Pc HEATSINK FAN AND fan are running But Theres No HDD LED AND POWERBUTTON led comes no Bips... Blank screen

I Read on some article that Cmos Jumper Will reset Bios will This Solve my Problem

Surprisingly Solved... I reopened The Heatsink Beacuse I read some article same as me On Another Article They said that The Processor Pins were bend so It happen and I Know with confidence That i Dont Bend any pin so When i opened the Heat sink i found. A Small Dust Looks like cotton So I Cleaned By Blow and Pc works great..
