Is an EVGA nex supernova 650G a good psu?

I was wondering if it was a good power supply and better than the cx750m i returned in exchamge for it.

It's not the best EVGA model. Usually look for GS or G2 rather than NEX. The link below shows a PSU Tier list from Tier 1 to Tier 5...it is suggested/recommended that you stay on the Tier 1/2 side of the list.

Not sure where you're exchanging it, but this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220gs0650v1 is $1 cheaper than the NEX on Newegg. It is a Tier 1 psu
The NEX and the corsair CX are a similar level.

Would you guys still consider it "good"? Its powering an fx 8320 and a strix r9 380 4gb.

If you already have it,it will do the job. If you don't, and can get a different model, I'd do that. But I wouldn't get rid of it if you have it.
