PC Starts up Then Shuts Down After a few second before before booting up

When i try to boot up my Computer it keeps turning its self off. I recently got new parts for my computer like a x99 motherboard ddr4 ram and a new cpu.

Windows 10
i7-5820k cpu
X61 karken water cooler
GTX 970
600watt power supply
16GB DDR4 Ram

Have you tried to fresh install windows on the HDD, or you trying to boot the machine using the same system used on your old motherboard?

WIndows is located on my SSD. And with the motherboard i can't because its not a x99 motherboard my last one.

Please tell me you do not have a corsair cx or vs power supply or low quality equivalent. If so, replace it.
