Keyboard both shift keys not working after window ultimate installation. i have checked the sticky key function but issue not fixed yet. i also checked for driver updates but it's already updated. 64bit version

Keyboards should work on any Windows version since the universal (Microsoft) keyboard driver is built in to the OS.

Try a different keyboard first before suspecting other hardware, OS or software, otherwise you could be making some wrong assumptions & getting nowhere fast.
