The only thing that turned on or flashed on was the LAN connector on the back of the PC indicating that it was connected.

I have everything plugged in, as far as I know, correctly. The only thing that I may have plugged in incorrectly was the System panel connector. I have unplugged it and replugged it about 20 times. Still nothing. I read the manual for it as well and nothing is helping. It just will not turn on what so ever. My PSU is good I know thats for sure. But I do not know if maybe I fried the motherboard or something along those lines. I need serious help.

My motherboard is the ASUS BG85M R.2

Solution
Try removing the front panel wires and starting the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button.
Check the manual for correctly identifying the 2 pins, (PWR_BTN and GND).
