Better processor and motherboard upgrade choice

Intel Core i5 4590 + Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 vs. AMD Vishera FX-8350 + MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition ? I'd like to upgrade my procie and mobo. Because im doing a sketchup vray rendering and also gaming stuffs.

My specs:
Processor: AMD A10 7860K
Mobo: GA-F2A68HM-DS2
Ram: 2x4gb gskill ripjaws x ddr3 2133mhz
Vcard: Asus Geforce Gtx 750 ti oc edition.
Psu: Generic PSU 500w korean tru rated.

Yes that will work as well, though you should get a motherboard that absolutely supports DDR4. Not all B150 motherboards support DDR4.

Go with Intel i5 6500 and H170 motherboard. Haswell is old tech. Don't bother with AMD FX 8350. Intel i5 is better and FX 8350 is on a dead platform (no better CPUs).

BTW with H170 motherboard you'll need to get DDR4-2133mhz or better.
