I need help with choosing my cpu cooling , is there a big difference between the 103 and 212x?

I really need to cut some budget by buying the 103 but I can pitch some more money for the 212x.

The 103 would be OK if you weren't going to overclock and just wanted a cheap air cooler, but use the 212x if you intend to overclock.

With Hyper 103 on 8320 at stock speed, the load was nearly 68'c. Would this 212 help?
