The default configuration is port 80 (for http access) unless you've set it to port 443 (for https access), you really should set it to that. You do not want port 80 open to the web big security risk.
The address you are using is it 192.168.1.70 ? Though it may change depending on what is accessING you local lan. Look and see if the port above is not open.
