AMD R7 360 series THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER

This issue has been happening since the 27th of May 2016, and at random times my computer will blank the screen and restart. I used Nirsoft's BlueScreenView, and the system was crashing due to Dxgkernel.sys and atikmdag.sys. The system is a Lenovo K450e with an I5 processor, 8 gigs of ram and a 1TB HDD under windows 8.1 equipped with a coolmax 600 watt PSU and AMD R7 360 series graphics card.

Note: The 3 crashes had different .sys files causing the crash.

CRASH 1 (27th): hal.dll and vsock.sys
CRASH 2 (28th): Wof.sys
CRASH 3 (29th): Dxgkernel.sys and atikmdag.sys

Any ideas as to what is causing this crash?

Very well could be the PSU. Coolmax is one of the absolute worst psu brands available and a very poor quality unstable PSU will cause system instability.
