I want a new cpu and motherboard but dont want to burn money . I have $140 right now . Dont really want to spend $300 right now .Can I get this ?

___Asus Z170-AR LGA 1151 Motherboard___

I'm going for a white and black build . Can this Pentium hold me off for a while ? I will be playing CSGO , Unturned and a little bit of GTA 5. Thanks !

Even if they went along with each other, it's completely mismatched since you could achieve a much better investment by going with a B150 series chipped motherboard and maintain the Pentium in your shopping cart. As time will roll on and your wallet grows healthy, you can pair the B150+G4400 as a bundle while selling or at least is part of a system to either hand it down to your siblings/relatives/family or sell it to friend for cheap.

For gaming purposes you should bump up to an i3-6100 at least. Have a look at these parts. Don't forget to choose DDR4 ram!
