Best graphics card for PCI Express 2.0 x16, 320W power supply, Win 10/64 bit, 12 gig RAM, i7 (2nd gen), and under $250. Thanks!

Yes, of course. But more VRAM won't make much difference unless the card has the GPU power to use that much VRAM. And if your monitor's resolution calls for more than 2GB.

At the moment, it would be the GTX 750 Ti. As Nvidia releases more of the new GTX 1000 series, I suspect there will be a faster card available... at a higher cost however.

Not sure what the power envelope of the new AMD cards will be. We are right at a transition period between last gen and next gen.

Thank you for the response, clutchc! Could I get a better a card with say 4 gig Ram if I up my power supply? Would you recommend that route? Thanks!
