I recently upgraded my PC parts. I have 8GB RAM, an Intel i5-4590 and an r9 380x. All brand new parts. I tried playing GTA V, Arkham Knight, and Witcher 3.

After a few minutes with those three games, a "memory leak" error message comes up and the game either closes or my computer crashes. I am not playing over my VRAM limits, just the default settings for all of them.

Also, Vsync seems to be dropping frames a lot, CoD Black Ops 2 drops to 40fps when I turn on vsync. My previous components (i3-4170 and r9 270) never had this problem in those same games.
A memory test shpwed that my system RAM is just fine with no issues.

I didn't use the disc to download gpu drivers, I downloaded them from the Sapphire website and my AMD version is 16.5.3. I don't know if I have a faulty GPU or CPU but there's something wrong since I upgraded my parts. Please help. Thanks.

Your post reads out to be as though you're on Windows 10. If so you should try and perform a repair install. Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers are up to date? It'd be good practice to state your full system's specs when you want us to solve a troubleshooting issue thus list them out.
