Hello

My GPU only has 1 HDMI port on it but my motherboard has a HDMI port. I was wondering could I have one monitor in my GPU HDMI and one in my motherboard HDMI or would that cause issues!

Hey dude
When you have a dedicated GPU in any system that will be the only thing that will give any visual display
so if you have any other video outputs on your card like DVI-D or DVI or VGA you can use them but keep in mind that they will most likley not have the exact same response time
