Hello everyone
my friend is having issues while playing games and sometimes even without playing games,
he measures using msi afterburner and core temp and sometimes the load is just fine he's getting a solid 60 fps in rocket league and then suddenly the cpu usage goes to 100% and he gets a horrible rates of 25-40 and then after awhile it will go back to normal and then back to 100%.
when he gets this problem he checked task manager and it's reporting 23% of usage while msi afterburner,core temp and processor explorer is reporting 100%. the cpu temp is fine at 30c
as well as the gpu's temp with 40ish while the load is 50% and the power is also 50%
the maximum processor state is at 100%
i am not sure what's the problem and was hoping you would help
his rig is
I5-6500
GTX 970 gigabyte
MSI M5
WD Green 1tb
and Corsair Vengeance 8gb (1x8gb)
