Im thinking about building this pc:

Corsair Carbide 100R Midi Windowed Gaming Case
Zotac GeForce® GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4GB Graphics Card
Intel Core i5-4460 3.20GHz Quad Core Processor
1TB TOSHIBA SATA III 3.5" Hard Drive - HDD
HyperX FURY 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 1866 MHz
XFX TS, 650W - power supply unit 80 PLUS Gold
ASRock H97 Anniversary - motherboard - ATX - LGA1150 Socket

Is this a good build that can run newer games at 1080p ?

Please tell me if i should change anything. I can't buy anything much more expensive than those components . Thanks :)

Or should i get an AMD FX-6300 with a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 Windforce 2X OC 4GB Graphics Card ? It is cheaper. Also i live in the UK

Or even the FX-8350. I heard it runs well with this gpu.

the 4460 and 970 is the best but if you dont need max settings on all games a 6300 and 960 is just fine if its at least 150$ if not i would get the i5 and 970 or get the i5 and wait and get a 1070 that is coming out very soon and stay away for the 8350 its not worth it unless its less than 20$ more than the 6300
but at 1080p a 6300 and a 960 will run 95% of games maxed at 45+ fps i have a friend with that setup
and i used to have a 6300 and a 970
