It started making this sound after I installed a new GPU and 2 new hard drives. It is coming from the GPU and CPU (or so it sounds). And it only makes this noise when I am playing a game. I tried lying my computer down flat. And the noise stopped. But I really want to keep my computer standing up because it looks nicer. Also, if you step on the floor, the sound gets louder. I tried taking my GPU out and moving it down to another slot, but the sound didn't change.
I am also 100% sure it is not coming from the PSU.

Solution
That's a fan either failing or having some obstruction. They do act differently when you change their orientation. Stop them spinning with your hand(be careful) to see whitch one is teh culprit. Use a pen to check teh one in the PSU.

I tried, but the sound still goes. It seems like it is coming from the back where the cpu is.
