I cannot tell if my CPU is over heating.

My CPU is AMD A6-5400k
I downloaded CPUID HWMonitor to check how hot it was out of curiosity and my CPU was spiking from 58 to 77 and up to 82 when playing games. Someone then told me that the reading was probably wrong because I'm not having any issues with my computer like lagging or anything and my computer is very quiet but I know the fans working because it blows cold air from the side and hot air from the back.
I then downloaded another Heat Monitor program called Open hardware Monitor and it said my CPU is running at 8 C to 28 C which is impossible cause my room is 34 C *its hot in here* Could I just be worrying over nothing? I also used something called Speccy to check and it said 77 C while on Skype and google.

Yeah it would seem my CPU is pretty hot. It ran at about 45 to 57 with just Skype and google open unless that's normal but I don't know. I don't even want to know how hot it gets if I play a game. I think I will bring it in to get the dust cleaned out on the 31st x3 last time it was getting hot it was because of dust.
