1tb ssd or a 512gb ssd + 1tb hdd?

Should i get a 480gb solid state drive for $100 with a 1tb hard drive for $50 or would it be worth it to just get a 1tb ssd for $220

I would get the 1TB SSD. Then you don't have to think about where to save something or where to install something. Just make sure you save another $70 for a disk to back everything up onto.
