Is my build good enough for 4K video editing

I really screwed up. I was so sure I wouldn't be moving up to 4K for a long time. I already built my computer except for the graphics card and 7200 RPM harddrive.
I was going to get a hexa core processor but it was more money plus more money for a higher motherboard.
So am I in good shape or what can I do to make better.
