It seems to be alright https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Zalman/ZM1000-HP/1.html any reason you need to know?
Edit: Upon further inspection of the above review, it's not really a professioanl enough review to come to a conclusion. They only load the PSU to an energy rate of 550W. Not enough to test the PSU. They also don't break apart the interior, nor do they test 5V and 3.3V ripple.
