Seasonic SS-520GB S12 II 520w Bronze for R9-280X

Solution
That card requires a minimum of a 550w power supply. Some recommendations indicate a 600w is more appropriate. It will probably run on that 520w unit, but it's cutting it kind of close. More important is the fact that it is not a Haswell compatible power supply and if you use that PSU you will need to turn off the C6 and C7 states in the bios. Better would be to get a 550w unit that IS Haswell compatible, and be clear on both counts.

This Seasonic made XFX unit would probably be the better choice.

Solution
Yes. S12II 620w will work fine. You will still need to turn off the C6/C7 low power states in the BIOS settings however. You have a Haswell processor and that PSU is not Haswell compliant. As long as you turn off those two settings, it will work fine.
