So I have built my second PC with the following components:
Mobo: Gigabyte Z170 D3H
CPU: i7 6700K overclocked to 4.5Ghz @ 1.32v
Cooler: Arctic Freezer i32
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR4 2666Mhz 16GB(2x8)
Graphics: Gigabyte Radeon G1 Radeon R9 380xw overclocked to 1100Mhz with 1500MHz memory and I'm running 2x24" 1080p@60Hz
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo
HDD: WD Red 1TB
PSU: Corsair RM650x
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64

It ran very smooth for a week. Did benchmarks on it, played a bit, did some programming. One day I come home from work and it just would'nt start... not even post. The fans were spinning, and the Graphics LED was on. I proceeded to remove the graphics card and It turned on no problem. Then I had lost my audio in windows... I reseted the CMOS and loaded the default settings in BIOS. Still the same. Reinstalled windows and the audio came back. I left it running overnight to stream a movie to my laptop and in the morning it was powered off. Now it won't turn on at all. No lights, no fans, no nothing. First I suspected it was the graphics card, then the mobo and now the psu. Which one do I return for a new one?

I did the green wire test. Fan starts spinning for a few seconds and goes off. I also connected my case fans to the psu and they didn't go on. Does this mean my PSU is gone?
