Need help with building my first gaming PC

So I'm deciding to try and build a gaming PC for my next upgrade since the GTX 1070 is coming and I want to step my game up. I'm pretty sure I have all the parts I need. I need help finding better deals on any components that would serve me better in terms of performance. If you find a better deal or any problems for this build, please tell me. In addition, I don't know how much the GTX 1070 costs. I've heard around 379 dollars. Everything added up will result in 842.44. THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR MY BUDGET. My original plan was to try to stay below $700. I ONLY WANT TO PLAY GAMES ON MY 2560x1080 WIDESCREEN. The only upgrade I plan on doing is on a 1440p widescreen or something. I don't give a crap about 4k lol. Unless someone can give me a reason to upgrade to 4k vs widescreen because i heard that the 1070 can still to 4k pretty well.

3. The price could only be cut if you get a lower end GPU and i wouldn't do that. Everythign else is bare minimum.
Better wait and save to get what's needed than get someting that will be obsolete in a couple of...

Hell, no! that CPu will bottleneck teh crap out of a 1070. Don;t invest in that dead platform.
you're better off getting an i3.

I no longer recommend AMD FX. I agree that it's a dead platform. And even if I did think that FX was a good way to go, I would want the 990FX chipset to go with it. I agree with Hlsgsz's build, although I wouldn't trust his choice of power supply for more than three years or so. I'm not saying it's bad, but I've had bad experiences with XFX

The TS is made by Seasonic and is quite reliable. It's teh cheapest i would recommend, though a Seasonic s12ii 620w would indeed be better for $20 more.

That looks like a great build! I've been hearing the term bottlenecking and I feel like I should know what that means if i'm gonna do anything with PC shopping

Simplistically, a PCs performance is reduced to the the performance of the weakest part. However powerfull your GPU is, if the CPU can't feed it the information it needs, you will have performance issues as the GPU sits idle and waits for the CPU(the proverbial neck of the bottle).

This is great. Although my price is still eh. Keeping in mind i'm playing on a 2560x1080 monitor, is there any way we could reduce the price of this build?

Ok let me get organized here.
1. Do I need anything other than third party accesories such as mouse and keyboard for my PC
2. Do I have any parts that I don't need such as fans or stuff
3. IS THERE ANY WAY TO REDUCE PRICE I JUST WANT EXCELLENT 2560x1080 GAMING

1. try to salvage a case and peripherals or find a deal for cheap ones. they are dirt cheap after all.
