Hi there Tauqir_1,
There could be something wrong with your HDD. I/O error indicates input/output error.
You can start with just backing up the important data stored on the drive.
After that, you can attach the drive with different cables to a different SATA port. If the issue persists, you can check its health status out.

It would be nice if you provide a screen of the SMART report.
