Games stops after some minutes and become pixelated.

So when i start the game and i play for 1-2 minutes the screen goes like this and it freeze.

PC specs and temperature:

note:when i do ctrl+alt+del the screen is okay and i go to task manager it shows that cs:go crashed.
Any ideas?what should i do? :/

any help?i reinstall the gpu's drivers also when i use cpu integrated graphics everything is okay,i tested it with playing some games so seems like the problem is the gpu...what else should i try? should i "bake" the gpu?any ideas?

Did you ever find a solution? This problem is happening to me currently and I am not sure how to fix it.

I'd be looking at temperatures (use HWInfo.. it's free)
or the quality of your power supply (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html)
