I am building a new computer and looking for the most powerful CFM Fans possible at this size. (140mm) Everyone is so hung up on noise levels. Noise is no issue for me. My computer is downstairs in the basement and my Monitor and keyboard are in my office upstairs with a wall plate patch panel connection directly connected to my computer. Everyone is looking for that balance.(I do understand). But, for other applications it's becoming harder and harder to find straight brute force performance with out compromise. I have looked at some server fans, but even those are becoming scare because of smaller servers and lower power consumption. I just simply do not want water cooling. I want full force face slapping air movers!!

Off the top of my head, the noctua would be my suggestion as well. The nf-a14 industrial ppc 3000rpm puts out 158cfm with a static pressure of 10.52mm/h2o. At some point I think you'll reach diminishing returns, simply getting fans that blow harder and louder while only reducing temps 1-2c.

You also have to consider availability, sometimes when looking for something so far out of the 'normal' range it becomes unicorn chasing. A situation where only 4 vendors have it but they're out of stock and now you're digging through a site similar to ebay out of china or someplace where you're trying to sort out import fees and taxes and whether or not all that is worth it.

I'm not sure of many 140mm delta fans, most are 120mm. Along with airflow delta fans are known for their high static pressure and it's more difficult to get higher static pressure as fan diameter increases.

Something like this will run over 200cfm but it's a 120mm fan.
