I moved the DLLHOST.exe to a temp file... now i can't open any pictures with photo viewer and i want to move it back, but now

I think my question didn't get posted in entirety... I mean to say, now I can't move it back. The Dllhost.exe is in a temp folder and now i can changed permissions, i can't do other things, and it (the computer) somehow lost some of it's 'control' or it can't find files... i can't move it back into the system32 folder because it says i need permission (as i do as the administrator!) but when i click the 'go ahead; it does nothing...

Have you tried booting to a command prompt and moving it that way?
I also wonder if The System File Checker (SFC) would detect its absence and reinstall it.
